This is highly problematic.

[There is the sound of a sigh]

Honestly, has anyone seen that blasted unicorn today? I would think that it would be in the City and trying to murder people, considering all the kissing that's going on today.

[This king of Narnia sounds a little tired and also a little cranky]

I haven't seen the unicorn, only its handiwork.

...hoof-work, rather.

Or at the very least that it would tire of injuring citizens. There must be other things worth its while.

I've spoken to a few people that've gotten trampled by it, but it kept happening all over the place. So I'm afraid there's really no telling where it might be right now, since really, it could be anywhere.

Have you any others on official search or is it still just Rosella and yourself?

I do hate to say it, but I suppose we might as well.

[She shakes a little snow from her cloak, making a show of dusting it off; she's not about to complain about being tired of searching or the way her feet are aching, but she is and they do, and she'd welcome a rest.]

It's just awful that it's gotten into the City proper, though. There are so many people here to attack, and it keeps...ugh. It must be so scared, to be acting like this.

I've been keeping something of an eye out but I was meaning to go into the woods tomorrow anyway. I'll make a point of it - unicorn-locating that is.

[She nods in thanks and then sits gingerly, making sure to keep her cloak between herself and the bench. And it's such a relief, as soon as she does, that she slouches down a little and stretches out her feet to take the weight off them, not really caring about proper courtesy and good manners at the moment.]

I didn't mean to say it was acceptable. But it'd explain why there have been so many attacks, wouldn't it?

I think it did enough of that yesterday. Get caught up?

Well, being cooped up in the zoo for so long, I suppose I can hardly blame it for wanting to run around.

[She gives the flask an uncertain look, then slowly reaches for it and gingerly takes a sip herself.]

I spent most of yesterday dealing with gore holes. Me, too.

[Oh, that is good. And so warming, in fact, that she sneaks a quick glance to make sure he's not watching before taking another, longer drink. (And swallows back the cough that threatens to escape afterward.)]

It could at least have the decency to be as exhausted as we are.

[Because she is tired. And the longer she sits, the more she comes to realize it.]

You'd assume the horn evolved for a reason. I'd like to know how the thing got out.
