wandbreaker: (Edmund - my sword)

(no subject)

I want it, and I don't know why I can't-

Just because you're older doesn't mean that-

I want to talk to you, Peter.

We need to talk about who your crown should belong to. I want both that, and Rhindon. And I think that just because you're the oldest, it doesn't make you the logical choice.

Don't bring the girls or Caspian, into this. This is between you and me.

I already have my sword. But I want another.

Well, that's a bit unreasonable of you, don't you think?

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-10-05 06:34 am (UTC)(link)
You most certainly will not, since it's my crown.

And I'm sure it wouldn't fit you, anyway.

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-10-05 06:38 am (UTC)(link)
Of course it matters! It's not just that it's not yours, but there's not even a sensible reason for why you might need it anyway!

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-10-05 06:44 am (UTC)(link)
You do know you're acting utterly ridiculous, don't you?

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-10-05 06:48 am (UTC)(link)
There's nothing stubborn about refusing to give you something that's not yours to have, especially since you don't have any good reason at all for asking for it, anyway.

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-10-05 06:52 am (UTC)(link)
Well, yes, but by that logic, I have a perfectly good reason to keep it from you, since I want it, too.

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-10-05 06:57 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, but I think it does, since I'm the one that has the things we both want, at the moment.

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-10-05 07:22 am (UTC)(link)
I'm afraid that's not quite true, on either account. But please don't try; there's really no sense in it.

At the moment, Edmund actually doesn't know it, or if he does his cursed consciousness has primary control.

He'll feel quite bad about it once it wears off.

Oh, rats, is it after midnight already? I must've lost track of time.

Well, yes, I suppose that'd explain quite a bit of it, certainly.

[OOC: I...am assuming this is happening in realtime. If not, please smack me.]

It happens, quite understandably too.

My apologies for this though, Rosella.

I'm sure Edmund will offer his own in due time as well.

That's what I get for staying up reading, I suppose.

And really, there's no need to apologize. He can't help what he's saying if he's cursed, and I certainly can't hold it against him if he is. Is there anything I can do to help, though?

You could look at it as being ahead of the day. At least you've some idea of what to expect. Excessive demand from people in general.

Yes, but I'm positive he'll be sorry anyway. We all would, were our positions reversed, our faults or not.

As for helping though, nothing you haven't likely already gathered; don't provoke him, but that's an obvious one.

Yes, there is that. Well, at least my things will be safe in the Warehouse, anyway, since no one can get in without my permission. I'll just have to...rescind those permissions until the day is over, I suppose.

And I'll try very hard not to provoke him, I promise. He's certainly not making it easy, though.
