I'd sit here and wonder what the long curse weekends mean, but I'm sure they only mean chaos, and there's no deeper meaning than that. Although I always wonder if the memories posted on the Network are meant to tell people they need to open up more.

Hopefully not.

Rosella, how do you feel about starting this week? Caspian agreed to assist in demonstration.

We didn't always have them, you know. I can still remember back when they first started coming, though I'm not sure exactly when it was.

And this week would be just fine, so long as we can work around the rehearsals for the play!

I didn't spend nearly so much time with wings, either.

Tuesdays and Saturdays, if I recall correctly. And it's easy for me to move around the times when I work at the Library, so that's no trouble at all. And other than that, I think I ought to be free anytime.

I've had both before, but it's usually a bird. And a brightly-colored one at that! I think it's some sort of parrot, but we've never been quite certain why I'd be a parrot in particular.

Oh, good, I'm glad!

I would've said it's because they're so colorful, myself. But having a pretty voice works just as well, thank you.

And there's nothing wrong with being persistent.

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-09-13 11:51 pm (UTC)(link)
That's very true, you didn't. But I'm glad we agree, even so.

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-09-13 11:54 pm (UTC)(link)
Well...not much, honestly. I've watched tournaments and things, and seen our knights practicing with them before, but I really only learned how to shoot, not how to fight.

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-09-14 12:05 am (UTC)(link)
I...could shoot a person if I had to. But there are some things a bow just isn't practical for.

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-09-14 12:11 am (UTC)(link)
Your sister, Susan? That's right, I think I recall seeing her shoot before, actually. Er, at targets, that is.

I usually keep a knife with me, too, but then that gets to be a problem of too many things and not enough hands to use them with.

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-09-14 12:17 am (UTC)(link)
She is, very much so.

Oh, no, certainly not! I don't think I could even come up with anything to seek revenge for, honestly. I just want to have one more way of protecting myself, if it should someday come down to it.

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-09-14 12:28 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, no, my cat stays safely in the house, believe me. And Kanda's not around to threaten to bite off my tongue anymore, so there's no fear that I might lose my temper and want to take it out on him, either.

...Er. That is, no, I'm sure you won't be teaching me to do any of that, believe me.

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-09-14 01:06 am (UTC)(link)
You won't be teaching me to procure revenge.

[identity profile] primrosella.livejournal.com 2010-09-14 01:09 am (UTC)(link)
I'm glad.

Oh, but that reminds me. Do you like brownies?
